Wholesale Tattoo Supplies

Hello everyone!

I've been looking online but can not really seem to find any good suppliers of stickers license and / or tattoos. (I am looking for allowed characters and cartoons, nothing generic.)

I would prefer a wholesaler or at least one that deals in bulk, so that I can actually sell them.
I am also looking for a wholesaler of party favors / supplies. (Same thing .... licensed supplies and non-generic)
