Quadralene is used for decontamination in nuclear energy and it is super strong. Amway also make a product called Industroclean, which is diluted 4:1 for degreasing engines. But things Amway is a pain to get their hands on, I would stick with the Quadralene.

Must all auto parts stores have degreasers. They have stuff based detergent that works very well. You mix with water or apply full power .. You can put it in a spray bottle. You do not say what you do with it so it is difficult to be precise.

The best water-based degreaser is trisodiumphosphate. This is not an aerosol, but it is mixed with water. It is very caustic and should be used with gloves and safety glasses.
