Has anyone stayed at Volcano House Volcano National Park in Hawaii? Is it beautiful? Do you recommend? Advice or recommendations on the type of room. I see prices go 225/night $ 100 - $. Is it useful to make a room overlooking the crater? Any other thoughts?
I was in the lobby of the House of the volcano and it looks like a great place. However, I strongly recommend Kilauea Lodge as an alternative. It is a mile from the entrance to Volcanoes National Park.

Even if you choose not to stay there to eat in their restaurant is a must. I consider it the best restaurant in the state.

Be sure to check out their daily menu.
Le Canard a l'orange is to die for, and everything they serve is great.
Looking at the reviews on TripAdvisor, I do not think the rooms are more expensive worth the money. Find out what other place called the Volcano Tree House. The Hall of the treetops sounds terrific!

IDK, this is only about 30 miles from Hilo, where the rooms are much cheaper and there are more options for dining. I want to make a day trip to hike.
