About garlic storage: is it advisable to store garlic in an empty container or have packaged? From what I've read so far, the vacuum packaging extends the shelf life of foods. Is this type of storage for garlic? Why?
I have never aspired sealed garlic, but you can clean it and store it in olive oil for several months or both.
Most of garlic for a period of several months if stored in a cool dry place. I keep mine in the garden shed which lead into the house to eat or if it will freeze and it lasts for 9-10 months.
Check the website. They sell it like this, it must be OK for the average consumer to do their ego.
