Is keeping the toilet paper from its packaging and in a basket next to the toilet a bad idea? ummm not name names but .. I know someone who thinks it's ok .. just reach a consensus here ... TP is shown in a basket on the right side and slightly pushed next to the toilet. he is male ...
bad right?
Rubbish! It's disgusting!
I also hate when some people put extra towels on top of the toilet tank lid!

lfh1213,
People are always saying men are evil (ok, women) when they do not know what they are talking. Yeah, you're going to have some "rough" people who do not care and do not clean up after themselves.
However, it is not the goal that is a problem ... is the beginning and end of stream as well as "splash" --- any amount of liquid even be poured into a bowl of water will splash some ...
Keep a garden hose without a nozzle. Turn on the water, you will see the stream start and then also decrease down when you shut off the water. In addition, this hose spraying water in a large pot of water ... you see or feel the drops "small" projection ... It's the same effect. Anyway, do not say that all guys can not aim ... it's probably just not a good idea to teach boys to pee in the traditional toilets.
I'm with you. I think it's not a terribly good idea. In general, men have a reputation for incorrect "target", if keeping the TP and the "firing line" seems a more hygienic.
In addition, there is much evidence that the toilet when red, releases a fine mist of water (performing all kinds of cooties mean to her, of course) which is deposited on all surfaces nearby. Thus, the protection of articles that will be affected by such a spray is also a good idea. The recommended method is to ALWAYS close the lid before flushing. I guess it's not done as often as it should.
I think it's more a matter of preference of good or bad. Some people like to keep rolls of more practical, and a basket sounds like a relatively normal for them.
You can usually see higher class locations "hide" extra TP in a closet or cabinet. Houses, less formal, TP being "exposed" is not that big of a thing.
I think you may be used to the idea that "splash" could hit the TP and make it unusable, I'm not mistaken?
Regardless, it is the owner's discretion what they do with spare rolls of TP. Were you, I, I let the matter go.
This is not a good place to store extra TP, but keeping it in the site is a good idea. I keep a basket on a shelf, well above the toilet, extra paper in it. I have visited homes where the paper roll was empty and no paper in the site. It is a very uncomfortable feeling ..........
We know when $ * itting and Flushing, it expels millions of water droplets, it takes everything with it. So yes, the paper became a huge fog LAC T. .. But is that T Tray makes you stronger right? Thus, foreigners can not take everything on this planet with their supervisor Tech. So, if you kitchen is within spitting distance, you're broadcasting the water droplets too. Do not sweat the small stuff. Just wash your hands and do not spit in the face of other peoples.
Maybe an idea a little, but it beats the devil on having to waddle with your pants around his ankles to his lane from the canvas to get a fresh roll.
Overspray
dirty hands to touch
etc.
no I do not think it's a good idea.
