T5 lighting? What do I.
I met the bulbs florcent and saw the light fictures
lights a need for 55 gallons
You have many options depending on if you want to keep plants alive. If you only want a tropical fish 48 "strip of light is very good. If you want to keep the plants you will need a lot more light. I a canopy wooden house on my own in February 1948 that fires boutique (so 4 "48 t -10 light) plants grow so fast, it's unbelievable. It was really cheap to make (each fixture is $ 9 at Home Depot and 10 bulbs were $ 20 each. You can find
if you just keep tropical freshwater fish with live plants not only obtain a mere 48 tapes aquarium "and put a aqualux" or "the tropics" bulb in it. (They are cheap and bring out the colors of fish, but are not good for plants).
Regarding the T5 lighting - these tubes are smaller and more efficient than large T-10 and T-12 bulbs. Some high-end systems use. Unfortunately, T-5 systems are very expensive.
I pasted a page that has plans and diagrams for various lighting options 55 gallons. I hope it helps.
