Silicone Grout

Silicone GroutHow to remove silicone grout left on counter tops to try to put the grout?

My husband put silicone grout down and not too good of a job. It does not cover well and then continued drops and we now have all the grout on a surface of 5 feet on the bathroom counter is marble. I tried to scratch, using goo be gone, 409 rub. Nothing works. Please help me!

The single-edged razor blade in a course is a good idea. Solvents and cleaners do not do much silicon and devices scouring probably damage the finish on the marble. After the razor blade you might still have a very thin film of silicon remains and if it shows without doubt the best solution is to rub with a finger or dry cloth. This roll the rest.

Next time be prepared and have a strip of masking and mineral spirits on hand. Run a strip of tape along where you want to caulk and leave only enough for the size of the pearl. After completing the cord with your finger or a tool for the job that you might have some beyond the band. Just clean with a paper towel and finish with a cloth dampened with paint thinner Back to the band. Then pull the tape to leave a cordon Nice Neat straight. The band may allow a little silicone on the outside edge, but will be easy to clean with the rag and not damage the cable news. Make sure to clean the spill before it is dry.

I think a razor blade type scraper would it immediately a marble top.
