Sell Your Own HouseHow to sell your home yourself in Pennsylvania quickly and keep thousands in your pocket!

Ok people, here, down and dirty on how to sell your house quickly and PA you keep thousands in your pocket (by not paying real estate commissions!)

Firstly, you're probably wondering how the hell do I know what I mean, no?

I have been investing in real estate in Pennsylvania for nine years now and I invested in all facets of real estate and finance the purchase of mobile home to purchase properties belonging to banks and to fix them and rent them to just help people get rid of an ugly, fixer-upper house they did not want. I was an owner (I still am), I went back and fixed properties (not always), I am determined and maintained properties (not always), and I wholesaled properties (not always).

Also, I am a real estate license with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and got a license for 5 years plus now with Keller Williams Realty Group (now located in Limerick, PA.) And I am also a member of the National Assembly Association of Realtors, the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors and the West Surban Realtors Association. Sooooo makes me, yes you guessed it, a real estate agent, and ;-) (I did not know there was a difference between being a real estate agent and a real estate agent, eh?)

Ok now this is all the way, let me tell you how you can sell your house quickly and Pennsylvania you keep thousands of money in your pocket. I'll give you an overview to follow and if you follow the T, you should be good!

Do your research on your homes value
You need to know what your home is worth, so you can put a price on that. How do you know?

Comp-Interview with a handful of real estate agents (at least 3) and obtain (for comparison of homes that have sold like yours) from them. Do not tell them what you think your home is worth, just to let them something and you present evidence of what they think your house is worth.

-Check public records if you have online access or if you know how to do it at the courthouse yourself (or if you have a realtor friend that you can look over their shoulder as they access their documents Public MLS.)

-Drive around your neighborhood and ask all the sale signs you see. If they too are having the open house, then go to them.

-Research your local newspaper classified section for homes for sale in your area. Call the numbers and get the facts on the house (remember, you compare all of these houses to yours.)

Hop-on craigslist.org and search real estate listings for sale are there in your area. Many times people will have pictures and even videos here, so you can actually see the houses. If there is not much info, then e-mail or call the person who sells his house.

-Go to Realtor.com and search houses that are for sale in your area. Again, if there is not much info, call the agent and ask for some information about the house.

Cyberhome-Departure and Zillow and see what they offer as value for your home. In addition, the comps they list, go to compare homes of at least outside of your house and the house is sold. (I would not put much weight on these two sites, but there is definitely more information here for you.)

Now you should have a good idea of what you could sell your home. Incidentally, when we look at public records, comps from agents and places like Zillow, and you really want to watch Cyberhome homes sold in the past 6 m.
