Looking to sell this house a few times on A & E, I can tell you that, basically, they all paint a light, neutral color. They eliminate most personal belongings of people who live there and keep only the basics. They make sure everything is clear and clean, inside and out. They add a little work of art. They try to focus on the light and open feel to each room. You want people looking at the house and the rooms of your personal photo books and styles of decoration. Should we open the curtains and burn scented candles, if you have pets or smoke.
