Are plastic HDPE buckets with safe for food storage, long term?

I intend to use these buckets for wheat, beans, rice with dry ice to remove the infection bug.

Bay leaves keep insects away, and do not post the risk of frost in your hands. bay leaves are certainly easier to get!

I have no idea about the thing HDPE well.
