What are the following effects to these medications in pharmacies? I have 3 containers. Each has two pills in each.
(Congestion Tylenol cold head * * serious)
Per Pill
325 mg of acetaminophen
Dextromethorphan HBr 10 mg
Gualfensin 200 mg
Phenylephrine HCl 5 mg
What are the effects of taking it all at once?
Acetaminophen is Tylenol - just do not take more than 4,000 mg per day
Dextromethorphen - cough - take the instructions, you do not want to overdose on this. children were present on the ER of an overdose on this.
Gualfensin - expectorant for getting rid of mucus and chest congestion. Drink plenty of water
Phenylephrine - decongestant. It constricts blood vessels to keep the nosing. Do not take without talking to your doc if you have high blood pressure or heart problems.
What is your age? Make sure you follow the instructions of your age. Talk to your parents if you are unsure.
I do not know you were going to take them all at once. Do not do it! Recommend me also call the poison control center!
You mean, if you take 6 of the pill?? You'll probably throw up, go to sleep (and maybe choke on your vomit), or get the shakes and have an attack axiety. Call poison control center and ask - it could be serious.
You should only take 2 at once. 4 might make you sick, and I am sure that 6 could be dangerous.
your cold, cough, pain and symptoms of congestion is relieved. that's all.
they arent prescription drugs.
