I tried the way people described how to disable SRS LED (light), Honda Civic, but it does not work on my Acura TL. Please advise. Thank you.

Chances are, the problem is a faulty seat belt switch. The dealer will charge you a diagnostic fee and tell you a belt buckle should be replaced. (Probably not under warranty), but it is the only solution.

Because you have a problem that must be corrected. Most likely the belt tensioner, but you must be repaired at the dealership, if you want it fixed.
