Led Bar

I get an LED bar for my truck. I want to install it on my tailgate. He says it is a 12v connection. Where can I connect if I do not want it to light fires when all my other machines are on? It is a 2000 Chevrolet Silverado. Details please.

Most LED bars that I have seen are made with a standard 4-pin towing light. If your truck is wired for trailer lights, it simply plugs into the wiring harness you have.

If I were ui wouldnt have connected to the light of other, in California there not allowed on the road. em you connect directly to the battery with an integrated fuse, then buy a toggle switch, a switch for ur car. and floor of the neg to the frame of the car UR / truck. if u can flip em on and off whenever U like.
