Household Carcinogens

Is it true that my bed could be a carcinogen, depends on the material used in mattresses or pillows? What everyday household items and products used?

Where can I find a list of agents that cause cancer and how to get rid of or reduce these agents?

People should be aware of this.

Carcinogens can be everywhere, including pesticides used for fresh or preserved food in cans. It is therefore important to instruct us to strengthen our immune system because it is our protector of the body or defense against any disease. When the immune system is weak, we are developing the disease.

Regarding the things you mentioned, it is very difficult to verify. Other people have probably stayed on the same materials that you have lived and in old age without cancer.

It is more important to live a healthy life than trying to blame everything that we come into contact with to cause disease.

Some want to believe everything that causes cancer or disease - they may or may not be a minor point to a certain level - but healthy lifestyle is probably the most important issue when it comes to your health.

Consider this. . Cancer is an ancient disease. . it's ancient history. There is evidence of osteosarcoma in the fossilized remains of ancient humans 3000 years BC. There are Egyptian mummies with evidence of breast cancer. My point is that. . . Cancer is not a new disease so it is not all that clear take home that supposedly carcinogenic, items or products really do all that much difference in the big picture. No evidence, in other words, are the documents that humans are a cancer that way. Humans have always had a cancer, even when they live in a pristine environment, eating healthy foods and exercise.

A good start for this book is entitled "Living healthy in a toxic world." I think its by David Steinman, but I could be wrong. Its kind of old, I think the early 90s, then you can get fairly cheap on eBay or Half.com.

Bravo to you for your interest in the subject. People should be aware, but the only way they will be on their own education.
