House Cleaning Ads

House Cleaning AdsWhere can I view the ads in Richmond, VA for my house cleaning business?

Most people who call me to end up hiring me, but I need to generate more calls. I live in Richmond, VA area.

If you have satisfied customers now ask them to refer their friends who may need your service.

Assign each customer code and write it on the back of some of your cards. (You have business cards? If not, get free cards from VistaPrint.com)

Keep track of these codes.

Giving each of your customers 10 or 20 of your cards and make them an offer. If they refer a new customer, give them a free cleaning or a discount or cash compensation researchers. Make worthwhile to refer to others who may need your service and be able to pay for them.

Each time a customer rents and says, "What can I do to reward you for your great service?" Give them the cards and a document explaining your offer.

Word of mouth referral marketing is targeted, relatively inexpensive, and your customers do the marketing for you.

A different approach: after your offer where women work, earn enough to pay for what you do and do not have time to do it themselves. Some ideas may include plants, hospitals and places where women gather professionals.

Have cards explaining your referral system and set up in popular restaurants where your customers are likely to eat. Some restaurant owners who allow you to make free, others may want some type of compensation.

Put an ad in local newsletters, such as the Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club, women's organizations, etc., that reach people like your current customers. The ads are relatively cheap and if you choose wisely, they can do for you.

Do not broadcast to a wider market. Do your best to identify your average customer and find a way to market to people like him. The more targeted your advertising, the more you're likely to get better results.

What are the basic qualifiers for your customers?

Some possibilities: overworked, no time to be able to pay for services, do not mind someone else clean their home or business, and anything you can identify.

What are the common characteristics of your best customers?

Age, sex, occupation, net worth, neighborhood, etc.? Market to people like.

Do not all at once. Choose one and work and see how you do. Track your results. Reward those who send work your way. Do an excellent job for everyone and offer more than what is expected.

Word of mouth from satisfied customers to their friends and family is the time-tested way to build a company a good service.

All the best,

JD

Try your manager direct mail to target a market. Most run around $ 300 to 10,000 homes. But you probably offer some type of discount. Or, if you can wait, try the Yellow Pages. For the same amount a month, you can usually reach 10-20 times as many potential customers. And without a special rate. Finally, the cheapest way is to print flyers (including an offer disocunt) to a printer and budget to hire a child to put them into the doors of neighborhood homes.
