Is it safe to reuse (wash with hot soapy water and / or bleach) of Ziploc storage bags for food? I do it all the time and it is also good for our environment - recycling you know.
Waste not, want not. As the saying goes.
Yes, definitely. I've done forever!
Yes, as long as the bag contained raw meat. You do not want to take a chance that you do not clean the bag sufficient depth. Your health is not worth the price of some Ziploc bags.

no bleach, but if your using it to feed his other thing quen ok like screws and stuff
yes
The plastic is amorphous, which means particles, such as liquids or food may get trapped in the plastic and difficult to wash. Disinfectants such as bleach kill the microbes that feed on these particles. If you do not have to disinfect the plastic, it will smell of decaying food.
This is different from metal, which is crystal clear and easy to clean.

Forthe other things that had really bad kind - rinse and use for trash, damage to animals and things like that!
