I had a sterilization done with Filshie clips on my tubes in 2003 it costs to much to reverse and our insurance does not cover the procedure and I have heard of artificial insemination, but the house I do not know to where to buy supplies or do I need to buy online only, or does anyone know of a way to get pregnant even with sterilization I would appreciate any help we can get, we are eager to have another child soon, we have three healthy boys nice, but I don 't have a daughter, my husband has two daughters from a previous marriage who are now over and I 'I thought that sterilization was what we wanted, and now I regret having done so, I also thought of a surrogate mother, but that costs too .. Please someone help me find how our desire to have another child come .... Thank you in advance for all that truth can help us ..... Artificial insemination will not help you if you have found a surrogate mother for the child. To help you become pregnant, there must be an egg available, the egg is what is stuck behind the Filshie clip.

Sorry, honey, but I think only a surrogate mother will work. If you have a very, very close friend, or find a way to recruit informally, so it does not cost too much, then (do not laugh) the required function can be done with a turkey baster! (Or you can be generous and give permission for it to be done the traditional way.)
