Ge Ballast

I have a light fixture with three T8 bulbs and I need a new ballast. I have a ballast from Home Depot, which can be used for 3 or 4 T8 bulbs, but I do not know how I got the wire.

My current configuration uses a ballast REL-3P32-RH-TP son who is 4 connected to bulbs ... Son of three from each side of each bulb and the wire connects on the other side of all three bulbs. The new ballast (GE-432-120-RES) says it can do for 3 or 4 bulbs and shows a wiring diagram for a configuration 4 Bulb. I do not know how this light for my son.

I understand my son needed to use 2 red and blue wire 1 (or 2 blue and 1 red) to connect to one side of each bulb, but how do I connect across all 3 bulbs together? The old configuration has a thread that connects all three bulbs. I know that the 2 yellow son are supposed to go to the other side of the bulbs, but can I connect the 2 yellow together ... or can I connect only one to two yellow bulbs, and rewiring my camera so one yellow bulb goes last?

There should be a wiring diagram on the box it came Read the instructions because it is a unit of ballast 3 or 4. If you still have problems, call a qualified electrician to do the job or resume and get a unit 3 of the lamp.

Since the yolks are common in domestic cap and the other wire to the common point of your fixture. Take a test on the device when you have finished wiring. ie leave it in a short period of time just in case. Maybe you can visit the makers website for more information. Report Abuse

You may use the ballast 4 bulb simply does not use "top" the son of a blues. You still use the two yellow, two red and one blue wire. Ballast always say in small print to crown a blue bulbs to use 3. Report Abuse
