Can you feed mealworms dried toads? I just got a toad and im scared of mealworms live and I want to kno if I can feed them dried .. please help!
Hello!
You could try ... they probably will not even eat the living. I tried the freeze dried and then those of the living. I used pliers to live with if I did not touch them! My toads do not eat at all, so unfortunately, I had to make the crickets, the living. If you want a reptile that does not eat bugs go for a gecko or crested Uromastyx Lizard.
Enjoy!
not really eat the toads so outstanding that they require live prey. mealworms also arent the best basis dubia cockroaches, grasshoppers or earthworms circkets would be a better choice
Toads need live, moving prey.
If you are too delicate to handle live insects, then a toad is not the best company for you.
Yes, but they have no nutritional value. Use live, and if you're afraid of them, Do not save the toads.
I think those who are alive would be better for your pet, but if you insist Im sure its fine
