How long does food stay good will in a vacuum sealed freezer bag? How long does food stay good will in a vacuum sealed freezer bag? What would you say if the food you vacuum seal and store in the refrigerator?
food vacuum packaging in a controlled environment can hold out to eat for longer. But even professional packers food does not guarantee sustainability, unless you refrigerate foods.
Unless you have facilities to handle sterile food, even a vacuum package Mashine used in your home refrigerator will add a few days, life in certain types of food (whole pieces of meat), and possibly be one week for certain types of vegetables (with low water content).
That's what I advise you Considering it looks like you have your own vacuum packaging (way to go!).
Refrigerator: regular, fresh food in the refrigerator should remain no more than 7-10 days, assuming that this is not something that has been preserved, so you have more time. I do a lot of homemade jams, and those who can keep indefinitely as long as they are sealed, but once they are open, I give them about three weeks in the refrigerator, and I do roughly the same for everything that I I put in the Cryovac (again, there are exceptions).

Freezer: if you are cryovac'ing something and throw it in the freezer ... Well, it will not keep indefinitely, but you almost all the time you want. where I worked, we seal and freeze many products meat (liver, kidney, etc.), and those who had been there months. Although I do not necessarily think that freezing is the best thing to do with the food the fact remains that if you want to keep it, you're just not getting better own a Cryovac bag and a freezer. things in recent months to a year away (probably more, but I never let anything last long).
I hope this answers your question.
