A pupil ago I was in Singapore, where they do community service, they should wear Hi vis Chief Warrant spirit jacket on his back, he stands for corrective work order in which they stand out and people really take knowledge. My family who live there tell me that everyone believes the law is to do something and people are punished.I be the feeling that this is a good idea and it works

Yes Community service is intended to pay back for bad behavior, why should he not visibly? As you said, if they had not committed a crime when they should not do it!

I work in construction and have to wear one every day .. na i done nothing wrong.
