Custom House Hotel London

Go see a show of DM O2 on February 20. Will be housed in Custom House Hotel London Excel (272 Victoria Dock Road). As the Jubilee Line will be closed that night, my question is - what is the best way to reach the hotel after the show? Buses, taxis? Is it generally easy to take a taxi after shows?
