Curtain Cleaners

I have a vinyl shower curtain opaque line. It has magnets to stick to the tank so that water escaping. Along the third lower the curtain, she has reddish deposits that are not simply delete. I was wondering how to clean without having to buy special cleaners. I do not think it is machine washable as it is plastic and it would probably wrinkle up or rip. Any other suggestion to buy a new one now?
