a decent steamer that you use to remove the wallpaper will have a little scratch, or is that fly that smooths on things you see in B & Q and such is not the sentence in the pot its

re better plaster

get a plasterer to fly and make it flat. or lowering the ceiling (false ceiling) to see a new plasterer

glad you asked that question because we just bought a house and the guy before the toilet systern ARTEX ... yep I said toilet systern is you scrape your knuckles every time you flush the toilet ... wicked wicked commands so think yourself lucky that you have on the wall .... lol

Let me get a plasterer to do it, do not try scratching it, it will always leave a terrible mess
