Common Household Cleaners

I've already got scuff marks on my new mostly in white leather sneakers. I want to keep a bright white. Window cleaner does not work. The tip of the toes is suede. Is there nothing I already have around the house, like toothpaste or other things that I can use to keep them in good shape, but without expensive cleaning business?

I use Mr. Clean Magic Erasers on my shoes. They work hard and cheap.

possibly baking soda and a toothbrush. since you have suede on the toe i wouldnt really advise anything too hard or you could end up ruining your shoes. They also make a special varnish for leather shoes, try Bobs sporting goods Dick's famous shoes, or shoe stores. Good luck:)

keep a container of orange towels feeling the same dollar store in your car, etc., for the leather. to persuade, I usually spray my new chamois leather with water-proofing product dirt like Scotch Guard or the stuff they sell at the shoe store. If you spray while new and keep a small nail brush to clean common practical type, you should be in good shape.
