Coastal House Plans

We have several plans for the beach house offering the people docile, living space full-time combined with all the enjoyments of the rich life on the beach.

Most of our beach houses are scheduled as three-story structures, with the garage located at ground level.

The parking area at ground level offers ample space for two vehicles and a reasonable amount of light storage. Besides the parking is a separate room which can be used as a main storage area, tool room, office staff, or a flat bottom. The separate living room allows you to create more public space on the other side of the dining room that lets you know your neighbors, friends and business partners in a totally separate. The two living rooms and family rooms have their own respective balconies, whatever the type of gathering that you host, you can always take the party outdoors to a sea view of the ocean.

The rooms are located on the top floor of our beach house and include suites, children's rooms, and hotels. Each beach house also has a second floor balcony that allows you to forget those living near a point of view, the less hindered.
