Cat Urine Odor Removal

I need some really good brands cat urine odor removal. One that really works, unlike others I tried. Any suggestions on what should I use?

Is it on the carpet? Nature's Miracle seems to work better on carpet. If the litter box, then get a little powder to put on top, Arm & Hammer works very well for me.
