Carpet Cleaner In Miami FlShould I quit at 16? (Please read)?

Ok So here is my situation. I am a man of 15 years, and I'll be 16 in June My parents moved here to Tomball (a small rural area in Houston), Texas a year ago in June 2009. Now, my father, just because he wants to, wants to return to Miami, FL, back to the house we have there. He wants to leave Texas early June this year, after I finished school. My mother, my sister nor I want to return. It's just him, but according to the "pastor" of our church there, he said we should go and it was a mistake to come here. We are here to rent and the rent is $ 1,200 per month. Our house there is rented for $ 2,000 a month, but the mortgage is only about $ 1,300, which leaves plenty of money left to pay property taxes and other charges. Anyway, he says we do not have enough money to continue living here, but mostly because it turned into a lazy watching TV and doing absolutely nothing except watch TV and eat all day. All this under the guise of "we can not make money because we plan to do a bankruptcy and if we make money, the bank denied." We have a cleaning company that provides services such as cleaning carpets, upholstery and tile and grout cleaning, and about a million things we do. Hell, we have enough work to make $ 300,000 a year (no exaggeration) My mother has sick of him because he does not let go out and work either. So I intended to leave once we got to Florida and had made money during the summer before back again, go straight to Texas. I talked to my aunt who lives not even a quarter mile from our house here in Texas, and she and my uncle decided that I can move with them and my cousin, for They have three spare bedrooms. Anyway, I saved about $ 4,000 from a pressure washer part time and expect another $ 2 to 3.000 pressure washing during the summer . Here's the thing, I do not want to move from Texas to Florida. I have friends, my girlfriend (I would be devastated, we were going out for a year). And all my teachers absolutely love me (no joke not). I have an insured car that I bought on an auction for Bank Repo $ 2,000 (2003 Audi). I still have to pay that off. I'll get my license once I turn 16. I also talked with my mother and she is not too happy with the idea, but understands my motives and is willing to let me go. I know my father would have a FIT if I left at 16, but here's what I say: tough. There is nothing he can do to stop me .... I think. It's my car and my money gases j ' have worked and paid for me, he can not help but go, am I right? The only actual expenditures outside of the regulars you'd expect a cell phone bill, groceries and gas to the money (keeping in mind that I will not pay for accommodation), my gym membership that I'll be talking $ 90 / month (I have a personal trainer) and my coach basketball ( approximately $ 100 per month) Once I have about $ 5,000 secured at least I intend to leave Florida and Texas back in time to when the school year begins. A question I have is that my father told me the UN-registered the school (he went said that I will not go over, and they gave all sorts of documents) and I enrolled in school in Florida we do not have to deal with things when we get there. If I had to keep going to this school, I'd renew their registration, and proof of residence and all. Now, I do not want to achieve emancipation or nothing, I had to live with relatives other than my parents and my sister. It's not like I'm being abused or endangered. My parents love me, and I understand that. I intend to visit them from time to time, and I plan to return once I graduated from high school (I'm sophomore now) because I intend to go to University of Miami, where my girlfriend al.
