Biodegradable Trash Bags

I would like to start using biodegradable trash bags. I can not find their place. Some people say that these types of bags will collapse if you put the wet waste in them. Unfortunately, I do not have anywhere to compost, so that all food waste damp need something that does not disintegrate when wet. Does anyone know a good brand and where to buy?

biodegradable bags break down when you put wet things in them, unless you are using paper bags! Biodegradable bags are beginning to deteriorate when exposed to sunlight, but only after a few months. I am not sure to buy here in Australia, all supermarkets use them to make grocery bags, so we just reuse.
