Battery Operated Lights

lights, I used to have stacks that you can paste below a cabinet or elsewhere, is it a memory of what these are called and where to get them? I still find these bulbs full, which is not what I'm looking.

As far as I know they are just called stick lights. Walmart them had at one time and I know that Lowe's has them, too.
