I can not find someone who can fix the Prada shops will not touch because I do not know where it was purchased. the bag has sentimental value. can someone please help me get it repaired? Thank you Cindy

If the bag is authentic, visit the five Prada (I think) or go to Hermes or Bloom, obtained against Prada, they have a list of local fix it shop

buy another knock off (fake)
and have a defective shoerepair remove the lock and put the property on

I would ask the person who bought the bag that store they bought it from ... It should not really matter because these bags are so expensive that you should be able to take it personally. But just ask ... The person who purchased the bag to you, perhaps even take it in u!
