Alin Party Supply

We throw the first anniversary of my son in two weeks. I am trying to find a good party supply store that will sell a lot, but at cheap prices. I've tried stores like Party City and Alin supplies, but they seem to have enough for 20 people in a single package at a very high price. But I have about 200 (children and adults) to come and I need to know if there are other options. Oh, and also its a SpongeBob theme. So anyone please .... ..... oh primarily as a store that sells a wide variety of party items Sponge Bob will really really help as well ...... we can not purchase on the internet so if anyone can refer such a place .... Buy 1 set of main character, then go to the dollar store and get exactly the same colors for everyone, so it looks like you had a theme. I do not know all the good stores gone, but I hope that little bit has helped a little.
